This issue brief provides an overview of geothermal energy resources and policies in the United States and Colorado. It concludes with information on recent legislation enacted to promote the use of geothermal energy resources in Colorado.

This memorandum covers the actions the Colorado General Assembly has taken to strengthen Colorado's behavioral health care system, including creating the Behavioral Health Administration, strengthening the behavioral health care workforce, increasing rural health care access, and treating and preventing substance abuse issues.

Like other communities of color, African Americans/Blacks in Colorado experience some differences in health, risk factors and behaviors in comparison to other population groups.
